Ryan has over 25 years in the IT industry, starting his career in 1996 while at Michigan State University. He spent 14 years at AT&T in sales and technical roles, including leading the rollout of AT&T’s hosted VoIP product across Michigan. For the past 11 years, he’s been a key player at C3 Technology Advisors, specializing in phone systems, call centers/CX, and AI. Known as C3’s UCaaS guru, Ryan guides clients through tech evaluations that drive impactful business results.
His motivation stems from the ever-changing pace of technology, which fuels his commitment to staying ahead of the curve. Ryan’s proudest accomplishment at C3 is helping build the company from its early days with Matthew and Tim, contributing to its remarkable growth and success.
Outside of work, Ryan enjoys staying active and connected to his community. He’s an avid outdoorsman, with a passion for water skiing, snow skiing, competitive beach volleyball, fishing, and archery hunting. He also enjoys traveling with his family and supports several charitable organizations.
