He began his career in the CX and communications space in a dual implementation project manager and engineer role, where he was responsible for designing, programming, and deploying phone and contact center solutions. From the outset, Erik was immersed in the realities of building and implementing complex environments, not just recommending them. That early experience shaped a disciplined, execution-focused approach that continues to define his work today.
At C3, Erik partners with organizations to evaluate their communications strategy, navigate vendor tradeoffs, and implement solutions that align with measurable business outcomes. He is known for translating complex technical architectures into clear, strategic decisions for executive stakeholders.
His current interest lies in AI as decision intelligence.
