Q4 marked a strong close to the year at C3, highlighted by the C3 Tech Summit and the community it brought together. This quarter captured the growth of our team, meaningful connection, and the ideas shaping 2026! Here’s a look at the moments and milestones that defined the quarter.
The 2025 C3 Tech Summit
The C3 Tech Summit brought together an incredible community for two packed days of learning and connection. With more than 600 attendees, including 217 first-time guests, 72 sponsors, and 31 sessions, the C3 Tech Summit was full from start to finish. From powerful main stage sessions with speakers like Lt. Col. Robert J. Darling, General Stanley McChrystal, Matthew Toth, and Dr. Paul Isely to the conversations happening in breakout rooms and across the vendor hall, this year’s C3 Tech Summit left a lasting impression.
We’re grateful to everyone who attended, our sponsors who helped make it possible, and the C3ers behind the scenes who brought it all together. As always, we’re already looking ahead to how we can make the experience even better next year.

C3 Holiday Party

At the end of Q4, the C3 team came together in Grand Rapids for our end-of-year holiday party, an important opportunity to connect and celebrate everything we accomplished throughout the year. As a fully remote team, time together matters, and the evening gave us the chance to reflect on shared wins, enjoy great food, play games, and spend meaningful time with one another.
A highlight of the night was our annual holiday giving. C3 CEO Matthew Toth donated $30,000 to 11 different charities, each nominated by C3ers and selected because of their personal importance to our team. It was a powerful reflection of our core value, Deep Caring for the Success of Others, and the causes that matter most to the people behind our work.
We wrapped up the night with pool, Jenga, and plenty of laughs, ending the year the best way we know how: together.

Welcome to the Team!
We’re thrilled to welcome Robert Lapp to the C3 team as our newest Global Technology Advisor. Based in Chicago, Robert joins C3 with a strong background in technology consulting, cybersecurity, and sales leadership, paired with a genuine passion for helping clients modernize and secure their digital environments.
Continuing our teams growth, we are excited to welcome Jeff Gurevitz as the newest Global Technology Advisor at C3 Technology Advisors. With nearly two decades of experience in enterprise sales and strategic relationship building, Jeff brings a depth of knowledge and a client-first mindset that aligns perfectly with C3’s approach to trusted technology advising.
Rounding out our Q4 new hires, we are also thrilled to welcome Robert Campbell to C3 Technology Advisors as our newest CX and UC Engineer. Robert brings nearly 20 years of hands-on experience in the contact center world, along with a people-first leadership style that fits right in with the heart of C3.
