Robert Campbell We are thrilled to welcome Robert Campbell to C3 Technology Advisors as our newest CX and UC Engineer. Robert brings nearly 20 years of hands-on experience in the contact center world, along with a people-first leadership style that fits right in with the heart of C3. 

Robert lives in Northern Kentucky with his wife, Katie, and their two boys, Jack and Max. His career began where many great contact center careers start, on the phones. From there, he took on roles as Supervisor, Program Manager, and Director of Client Services during his 13 years at a mid-size BPO in Cincinnati. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Operations for a large TPA specializing in workforce absence, where he led a shared contact center of nearly 900 employees. That depth of experience gives Robert a unique understanding of what truly drives strong customer experiences and where the right technology can make a measurable difference. He also holds a Bachelor of Marketing from Northern Kentucky University. 

What sets Robert apart is not only his technical and operational background but the way he approaches relationships. Building trust, strengthening partnerships, and helping teams work better together is his favorite part of the job. He is also passionate about the rapid evolution of AI and loves being part of this early wave of innovation, reshaping the future of contact centers. His excitement for what is ahead is matched by his commitment to helping clients navigate this landscape with clear, practical guidance. 

Outside of work, Robert stays busy keeping up with two very active kids. Between fall and spring soccer, baseball, basketball, indoor leagues, and even cross country, most of his evenings and weekends are spent coaching or cheering from the sidelines. His family is also big on outdoor adventures and often plans vacations around national parks and new hiking trails. When he does get some quieter time, Robert enjoys cooking, playing golf, and spending time with friends and family.

  • A big musical theater fan who will always pick Newsies first. 
  • Once got told to be quiet by Bobby Bonilla while chasing an autograph as a kid. 
  • He considers himself an amateur astronomer/meteorologist who loves studying the skies.
