As the first employee hired at C3 Technology Advisors in 2012, Tim has been instrumental in the company’s growth and success. With a deep understanding of the technology landscape, he co-founded SIM West MI, actively engaging with the local tech community and building valuable connections with industry leaders.

Tim is captivated by the pace of technological evolution. Reflecting on his early days at C3, he recalls when discussions focused on MPLS and 1GB DIA circuits, with little mention of cloud or UCaaS. “It’s astonishing how quickly the industry evolves,” he notes, recognizing that today’s trends will soon give way to new innovations.

Proudly known as C3’s ‘OG,’ Tim’s role symbolizes his enduring impact on the company’s journey.

Outside of work, Tim lives in Grand Rapids, MI, with his wife of 14 years, Stephanie, and their two children, Charlee and Hudson. Tim is a combat veteran of 15 months in Iraq, and he embraces his past with pride. Tim is a dedicated sneakerhead and a self-proclaimed Nike ambassador. When not indulging his love of bourbon, he enjoys spending time on the golf course.
