Sheila Snow

Sheila joined C3 in 2023 as the company’s first Financial Controller, bringing with her a proactive approach to establishing and transforming financial processes from the ground up. Embracing the fast pace and scope of her role, Sheila has taken on each challenge with energy, finding both enjoyment and reward in the journey. 

Sheila is driven by the dynamic environment at C3, where the constant flow of projects keeps her engaged and motivated. She particularly values the camaraderie she’s developed with colleagues like Shana and Timetta, finding mutual support in both professional and personal matters—a highlight of her experience at C3. 

Among her proudest contributions is the initiative to create an Employee Emergency Fund. Inspired by the impact of recent power outages and natural disasters on team members, she proposed the idea to Taylor, and they are now in the process of finalizing details. Sheila is excited to see this fund come to fruition, providing meaningful support for employees during unforeseen circumstances. 

Outside of C3, Sheila lives in rural Rockford, MI, with her husband, David, to whom she’s been married for three years, and her 11-year-old daughter, Olivia. Together, they share their home with a lively collection of four cats and two dogs, adding to the warmth and energy of their household. 

If Sheila could sum up her experience at C3 in one word, it would be “whirlwind,” perfectly capturing the fast-paced, engaging, and ever-evolving journey she has embraced since coming on board.
