Sheila joined C3 Technology Advisors in 2023 as the company’s first Financial Controller, where she’s been instrumental in building and evolving core financial processes from the ground up. Energized by the pace and variety of the role, Sheila thrives in C3’s dynamic environment, bringing a proactive and solutions-driven mindset to every challenge.

She’s especially proud of her initiative to establish an Employee Emergency Fund, inspired by recent events that underscored the importance of financial support during times of crisis. The fund is now in developmentand is an example of Sheila’s commitment to people as well as processes.

Outside the office, Sheila lives in rural Rockford, MI, with her husband David, daughter Olivia, and their energetic crew of four cats and two dogs.

Sheila graduated college 20 years ago, but Accounting and Finance weren’t her first or even second choices for a major; she feels those fields chose her instead! 

Sheila doesn’t live with regrets. She believes that every choice we make, good or bad, teaches us something. With time, she sees how her story unfolds, with all its twists and turns. Each disappointment has its own reason, and she finds beauty in the lessons learned along the way.
