Heather launched her telecom career at Brooks Fiber Communications, one of Michigan’s early CLECs, and has since navigated multiple industry mergers with companies like WorldCom, MCI, and One Communications. With experience spanning dispatch, repair, inside sales, and project management, she ultimately found her passion in leading projects. At TDS Metrocom, she earned three President’s Club awards and became known for her ability to train clients on Unified Communications solutions that improve mobility and collaboration.

At C3, Heather has helped elevate the client experience by creating standardized communication touchpoints and embedding project management best practices across teams. She's also fascinated by the evolving role of AI in tech and how it will drive future innovation.

Born and raised in Michigan, Heather enjoys golfing, camping, and playing in a local pool league. She’s been married for 8 years, is a proud mom, and recently adopted a rescue pup from Pound Buddies.
