Michael Hartsog leads the global alliances organization at Quiq, where he develops and manages partnerships with channel partners and resellers worldwide. Before establishing Quiq’s channel program, he served as Director of Sales, guiding the company’s early growth through direct sales leadership.

With deep expertise in customer experience and contact center software, Michael has also led Customer Success and Account Management at Quiq, helping scale the business while working with leading brands across retail, hospitality, consumer services, and financial services. His career reflects a consistent focus on building strong partnerships and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
