Now serving as a Client Lifecycle Manager at C3, she plays a key role in supporting clients beyond implementation, managing RFPs, renewals, and Day 2 support with care and precision. Drawing on her background in Customer Success and Project Management, Alyson is known for her clear communication, collaborative style, and unwavering focus on client advocacy.
She’s particularly proud of her contributions to the rollout of C360 Dashboards, which give clients real-time access to order tracking, billing, contract status, event registration, and more, streamlining their experience and deepening engagement with their C3 team.
While intrigued by AI’s potential, Alyson approaches it with thoughtful curiosity, mindful of how it will shape the future of technology and communication.
Outside of work, you’ll find Alyson camping with her dog Everest, crafting sushi from scratch (ask her about her Rainbow Roll!), and appreciating the ways social media connects people across distances and generations.
