About the Role

C3 is seeking an Information Technology Operations Specialist to own and continuously improve our internal technology environment. This role is responsible for managing business systems, supporting employees, driving technology projects, strengthening security, and helping evaluate and implement new technologies across the organization. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing hands-on technical work with project ownership, process improvement, and strategic technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Technology Operations
- Administer and maintain Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange, Intune, and related systems
- Support and manage both Windows and Apple device environments
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Administer UC and communication platforms, including Zoom and Teams
- Manage and optimize SaaS applications used throughout the business
Projects & Innovation
- Lead internal IT and technology improvement projects
- Evaluate and vet software and technology requests
- Assist with AI initiatives, automation opportunities, and emerging technologies
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through technology
Security & Compliance
- Conduct security audits and access reviews
- Support cybersecurity initiatives and best practices
- Manage security awareness and phishing training programs
- Help maintain a secure and compliant technology environment
Asset & Vendor Management
- Procure, deploy, and maintain employee technology equipment
- Manage inventory and technology asset lifecycle processes
- Serve as the primary liaison with managed service providers and technology vendors
- Assist with budgeting, licensing, and technology standardization efforts

Required Qualifications:

Required
- 3+ years of experience in IT Operations, Systems Administration, or a related role
- Experience administering Microsoft 365 environments
- Experience supporting Windows and Mac operating systems
- Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or related field
- Experience with Entra ID, Intune, JAMF, Zoom Phone, or Teams Phone
- Experience working with or managing MSP relationships
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices
- Experience supporting SaaS platforms and integrations
- Experience with AI, automation, or workflow optimization initiatives
