Welcome to C3, Amanda!

We’re excited to welcome Amanda to C3 Technology Advisors as our newest Client Lifecycle Manager. With more than a decade of experience in technology sales and account management, Amanda brings a rare blend of strategic thinking, relationship-building, and operational excellence to our team.

Throughout her career, Amanda has helped organizations solve real business challenges through the right mix of IT, cloud, cybersecurity, and managed services. Her work spans the full client journey, from onboarding and renewals to long-term account strategy, ensuring that clients feel supported, informed, and confident at every stage. She has partnered closely with technical teams to keep projects on track while maintaining a seamless, human-centered client experience.

Amanda is deeply relationship-driven. She excels at uncovering what a client actually needs and translating complexity into clarity. Whether she’s identifying gaps, strengthening security, modernizing tools, or improving operational efficiency, her focus is always on delivering solutions that make work smoother, safer, and more scalable. Clear communication, consistent follow-through, and a commitment to ensuring nothing falls through the cracks are central to how she operates.

A graduate of the University of Northwestern Ohio with a degree in Business Administration, Amanda has spent her career supporting organizations as they adopt modern technology, from Microsoft solutions to advanced security platforms and communication tools. Her ability to connect business goals with the right technical path makes her a natural fit for C3’s advisory model.

When it comes to innovation, Amanda is especially energized by AI, particularly where it intersects with automation. She’s drawn to tools that eliminate repetitive work, streamline workflows, summarize meetings, and help people reclaim time in their day without losing the human touch. It’s a mindset that aligns perfectly with C3’s focus on enabling smarter, more effective operations.

Outside of work, Amanda is a devoted mom to Rosie (5) and Remy (2) and thrives on staying active and connected. You’ll often find her working out, walking, running, or bringing people together, most recently by starting a “golf league” with friends, with a healthy balance of socializing and swinging clubs. She also loves experimenting in the kitchen, expanding her houseplant collection, and diving headfirst into new hobbies with enthusiasm.

• She’s known in her neighborhood for her cooking, especially her sourdough creations.
• Her superpower is thriving on little sleep, a skill honed through mom life and sales life alike.
