Meet Stephanie West

We’re excited to welcome Stephanie to C3 Technology Advisors as our newest Client Lifecycle Manager!

Stephanie brings an impressive 31 years of experience in the technology industry, beginning her career with Lumen in May 1995. Over three decades, she has watched technology evolve significantly, but one thing has remained central to how she works: building strong relationships and understanding the people behind the technology.

For Stephanie, great client lifecycle management starts with listening.

She is passionate about taking the time to understand each client’s unique journey, including the challenges they’ve faced, the successes they’ve achieved, and what brought their organization to where it is today. That relationship-first mindset will play an important role as she helps C3 clients navigate decisions, manage their technology environments, and continue moving forward with confidence.

Stephanie also has a strong interest in technologies that improve visibility and observability across complex environments. She enjoys helping clients gain real-time insight into performance, security posture, and user experience, especially across multi-vendor ecosystems.

One area she has seen transform significantly throughout her career is software-defined networking and SD-WAN.

“SD-WAN is one of the most transformative shifts I’ve seen in my career. It gives clients flexibility, visibility, and control, and makes vendor evaluation and lifecycle management more strategic and data-driven.”

That combination of deep industry experience, curiosity, and genuine investment in her clients makes Stephanie a great addition to the C3 team.

A Little More About Stephanie

Outside of work, Stephanie’s life is centered around family. She and her husband, Brian, have been together for 34 years and married for 24. Their daughter, Breann, has given them three grandsons, Zayden, Oaklan, and Everett, which means plenty of time is spent at baseball fields and football games.

Their household also includes Bogger, their 192-pound Bullmastiff and self-appointed ruler of the homestead.

And Stephanie’s connection to horsepower goes beyond technology. She and Brian spent 25 years mud racing, starting with Chevy trucks in deep mud bogs and eventually moving into dirt drags with a Chevy Colorado. These days, they’re restoring a 1963 Chevy truck that they hope to have back on the road by summer 2027.

We’re thrilled to have Stephanie bring her experience, client-first mindset, and personality to C3.
