Jordan (2)

There’s something special about watching someone grow into exactly the right role,  and that’s precisely what’s happening with Jordan Christensen here at C3 Technology Advisors.

After more than a year as our Marketing Coordinator, Jordan is stepping into a brand-new position: Event BDR (Business Development Representative). It’s a move that feels both natural and exciting, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to see her take this leap.

A Foundation Built in Marketing

Jordan joined the C3 team as a Marketing Coordinator, and from day one, she brought energy, creativity, and a genuine enthusiasm for what we do. Over the past year-plus, she’s been behind the scenes helping shape how C3 shows up in our content, our campaigns, and, yes, our events.

That last part matters a lot. Because if you know C3, you know that events aren’t just something we do,  they’re central to how we connect, how we grow, and how we build relationships with the clients and partners who matter most to us. Jordan got a front-row seat to that reality, and she leaned into it.

The Right Person, The Right Seat

At C3, we think a lot about what it means to have the right people in the right roles. It’s not just a philosophy but something we actively work toward as our team grows and evolves. And sometimes, that means recognizing when someone has outgrown their current seat and is ready for something bigger.

Jordan is one of those people.

Her time in marketing gave her an invaluable foundation: she understands our brand, our voice, and the way we like to show up for our clients. But her instincts have always pulled her toward the relationship-building side of things,  the conversations, the connections, the energy of bringing people together. That’s exactly what an Event BDR is built to do.

What This Means for C3 Events

In her new role, Jordan will be laser-focused on one of the most critical pieces of any successful event: getting the right people there. That means identifying the right guests, making the personal connections that move someone from “maybe” to registered, and ensuring every event is filled with the attendees who belong in the room.

This isn’t just a new title. It’s a more intentional use of Jordan’s strengths at a time when C3 is growing, and events are playing an even bigger role in how we do business. Having someone solely dedicated to driving registrations and attendance — someone who knows our brand inside and out — is something we’ve needed, and now we have it.

Here’s to What’s Next

Jordan, we’re so proud of you for embracing this transition and showing up ready to grow. The C3 team is behind you every step of the way, and we can’t wait to see what you bring to this role.

If you’ve had the chance to work with Jordan before, you already know the care and dedication she puts into everything she does. And if you haven’t yet, you will soon. She’ll be the one making sure our events are not just well-organized, but genuinely memorable.

Exciting things are ahead. For Jordan, and for C3.
