Ainsley O'Neil

Ainsley is C3’s event coordinator! Ainsley is a big-picture thinker but also very detail-oriented and likes to make sure even the small details feel intentional and polished. She is passionate about creating experiences where people feel welcomes, comfortable, and excited to just be there. She takes pride in making things feel thoughtful and elevated and being just a little 'extra' for getting everything exactly right.

Ainsley recently graduated from Oakland University but has been focused on creating unforgettable events throughout her college career. She had the opportunity to build hands-on experience as the Marketing and Communications Assistant for the OU School of Business Administration, as well as a Marketing Intern with SIM Detroit. Both roles helped her strengthen her skills in content creation, communication, and supporting marketing initiatives in a real-world setting.

After designing and running events she loves cooking and baking, is a big reader, and enjoys any kind of arts and crafts. In the summer especially, she tries to soak up as much sunshine as she can, whether that’s playing golf or just spending time outside with my boyfriend or friends.
