We’re excited to welcome Ainsley to C3 as our newest Event Coordinator. She joins us at an exciting time, bringing a thoughtful mix of creativity, organization, and real-world marketing experience.
Ainsley recently graduated from Oakland University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, and she’s already built a strong foundation through hands-on roles along the way. As a Marketing and Communications Assistant for the OU School of Business Administration and a Marketing Intern with SIM Detroit, she gained experience supporting campaigns, creating content, and helping bring ideas to life in meaningful ways. It’s clear she understands how to turn strategy into something tangible.
Her interest in event planning really came to life during her time in Greek life, where she found a passion for bringing people together and creating experiences that feel both seamless and memorable. That balance of big-picture thinking and attention to detail is exactly what makes a great event, and exactly what she brings to the team.
Ainsley naturally leans into both the creative and operational sides of her work. She enjoys organizing ideas, fine-tuning details, and making sure everything comes together in a way that feels intentional and welcoming. She’s someone who takes pride in creating experiences where people feel comfortable, engaged, and genuinely excited to be there. And in her own words, she’s not afraid to be a little “extra” to make sure everything is just right, which, in this role, is a great thing.
Outside of work, Ainsley keeps that same creative energy going. She loves cooking and baking, getting into a good book, and spending time on arts and crafts. When the weather is nice, you’ll most likely find her outside enjoying the sunshine, whether that’s on the golf course or spending time with her boyfriend and friends.
We’re so glad to have Ainsley on the team and are looking forward to the experiences she’ll help bring to life across C3.
