We’re excited to welcome Candace Naylor to C3 as our new Client Lifecycle Manager. She joins the team with nearly 26 years of experience at Lumen, CenturyLink, and Qwest, where she built her career around customer success, sales, project management, and helping enterprise clients work through complex challenges.

Throughout her career, Candace has managed enterprise client relationships and led cross-functional projects from kickoff through delivery. She also became someone people called when a situation needed to be untangled quickly. That combination of relationship management and hands-on problem solving made the Client Lifecycle Manager role at C3 a natural fit.

For Candace, strong client relationships start with trust.

“I love focusing on making customer relationships the best they can be, building real trust, staying a step ahead with communication, and being the person a customer knows they can count on when something needs to get solved,” she said.

She also believes the technology itself only tells part of the story. The relationship between the client and the people supporting them often determines whether a partnership works over the long term. It’s a perspective Candace has developed through decades of working directly with customers, internal teams, and complex projects.

That experience will play an important role in her work at C3. As Client Lifecycle Manager, Candace will help clients navigate what happens after a technology decision, keeping communication clear and helping address issues when they arise.

She’s also genuinely interested in the technology shaping the client experience. On the telecom side, Candace is particularly interested in Network as a Service, or NaaS, because of the ability to complete on-net installations quickly and adjust bandwidth in minutes.

AI has found its way into her life too, although some of her favorite use cases happen far away from work. She regularly uses Claude and ChatGPT for home design inspiration and to hunt for deals on her family’s next vacation.

Outside of work, Candace lives in Ponte Vedra, Florida, with her husband and their boy/girl twins. The family moved from Ohio to Florida in 2021, trading Midwest winters for more time near the beach and pool. Their household also includes a Doberman, a Golden Retriever, and a guinea pig.

Fitness has been a constant in Candace’s life. She met her husband when he came to a cycling class she was teaching, and today you’ll often find her at Burn Boot Camp, Orange Theory, or trying another fitness spot. She also loves pickleball, movies, thriller novels, and watching her kids play flag football.

And a few things her new coworkers may not learn on the first Teams call: her first concert was Milli Vanilli before the lip-syncing story broke, and she once spent a lot of her free time salsa and bachata dancing. She also has double-jointed fingers, a talent her kids would probably prefer she keep to herself.

Candace brings decades of client experience to C3 along with a strong belief that relationships matter just as much as the technology behind them. We’re glad to have her on the team and look forward to having our clients get to know her.
